Strategic Planning

This Strategic Plan was developed after only being in the position as Principal for 6 weeks. It was based on the previous Strategic Plan, which consisted of only 2 objectives that weren't achieved or that didn't focus on learning, as well as information collected from a Whanau Consultation carried out mid term 4 of 2023.

A move from 2 objectives to 4 was needed allowing the school to integrate objectives across priority categories, that supported and allowed growth within an achievable timeframe and workload.

The Annual Plan for 2024 has been developed directly from the Strategic Plan but prioritising aspects involving learning and progress to be of focus for 2024.
